Family History!

Family History, I am doing it!


Nancy Ellen Boyer, You do elude me as to your childhood! I however will not give up on you. Especially since I learned about some new resources which will now help me to locate you. I know your name, I know where you were born (or thereabouts) I know your husband and children's names.  I also know that your parents were born in Kentucky or pennsylvania, as you put them both on census records, but alas, I know not there names. 


I know that as I continue to research Nancy, I will find her records, I will find what it is I want to know. It is interesting to me that of all the research I have done, and all the temple work I have done, the ancestor who I seem to love the most is this very one which gives me so much trouble. May it is because I seem to be learning of her so much! I can tell you a lot about her. I continue to find more information every time I look. I shall not give up on you. 


Henry B Eyeing said, "You'll be tempted to stop and leave the hard work of finding to others who are more expert, or to another time in your life; but you'll feel a tug on your heart to go on in the work. Hard as it will be you'll have more than your own strength as you choose to labour on to find them." 


I Love this quote, it seems to say to me, "You go ahead and keep working, and when you have exhausted your knowledge, then you'll receive the answer you are looking for. In other words, When I have done everything I can to find the Parents of Nancy Boyer, then I will be told where to find them, or someone will find them miraculously. I think though, that I am the only person currently even trying to find this information... We Shall see how this will work out.


I Love Family History! I am more than just learning facts about birth death and such, I am trying to learn who they are, and what they did. Hence HI-STORY or HIS-STORY, see what I did there... Good luck in your own endeavors.
